Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped based on the order in which they are made.

All UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping unless another option is selected at checkout.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.00
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.00

Orders to Canada (CAN) will be sent using International Tracked shipping only to ensure parcels are covered.

• Royal Mail International Tracked - £11.00

Shipping to some countries may incur Customs or VAT charges. The payment of these fees, if applicable, is the responsibility of the buyer upon their arrival.

Hillman's Handmade, and all other small businesses using Royal Mail, have no control over the costs of postage. These costs are set by Royal Mail.

All orders will be shipped within 5 days where possible. If you require your item sooner, please contact us by replying to your order email to discuss your requirements.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all contact information, such as name and address, is correct at the point of ordering. Hillman's Handmade cannot accept any responsibility for items which are lost in transit as a result of incorrect information being supplied.

Please ensure your address is correct as return to sender packages will not be refunded.
